Can I customise a package instead of taking a fixed one?
Absolutely — most of our trips are fully customisable. Tell us your dates, budget, pace and must-sees, and we'll build a day-by-day itinerary just for you. The sample packages are only a starting point.
How does payment work? Can I pay in instalments?
You confirm your seats with a part-payment and pay the balance before you travel. For bigger trips we can usually work out a simple instalment plan. All amounts and due dates are shared clearly before you commit — no hidden charges.
Do you help with visas for international trips?
Yes. For overseas holidays we assist with the visa application, the document checklist and forex, and we'll be upfront about approval timelines and anything the embassy needs from you.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
It depends on how close to departure you cancel and the hotel and transport terms for your trip. We share the exact cancellation slabs in writing before you pay, so you always know where you stand.
How big are the group departures?
We keep group tours small so they stay comfortable and personal, with a tour manager on ground. Prefer to travel just with your own family or friends? A private departure on your dates is always an option.
Are your trips suitable for kids and senior citizens?
Yes — we plan the pace, stays and transport around who's travelling. For families we pick easy itineraries and the right rooms; for seniors we keep walking and altitude sensible and choose accessible hotels.
Do you arrange travel insurance?
We can add travel insurance to any package, and we strongly recommend it for international and adventure trips. Just ask and we'll include a suitable plan in your quote.
Can you handle food preferences — Jain, veg, allergies?
Of course. Tell us your food preferences and any allergies when you book and we'll arrange the meal plan and restaurants accordingly, including pure-veg and Jain options where you're travelling.
